Frequently Asked
Questions
Q. How hard is it to file for
bankruptcy?
A.
If you want to file for bankruptcy on your own, I wish
you the best of luck. Make sure that you get yourself
some good books, review the bankruptcy court rules and be
prepared to spend a lot of time preparing your filing. It
is not impossible, but it is very difficult for someone
who is unfamilar with the Bankruptcy Courts to file a
bankruptcy. It has been done before, but I am not sure
that the people who have done it would do it
again.
